Who we are

Shared Acre is being established as a not-for-profit association in the Australian Capital Territory. It is not yet incorporated, and no ABN has been issued.

What is on this site

This is a single page describing what the association is building and how it intends to work, plus a form for getting in touch. Where something is still in progress we have said so, and we have used plain status words — working, in pilot, being sought — rather than dates we cannot promise to hit. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding commitment to supply, and sending the enquiry form does not create a contract between us.

Pricing and support

This site does not publish a price list or a set of support commitments — we are still working out how the service and its pricing are best put together, with the businesses who will run on it. A price becomes a price, and a support commitment becomes a commitment, when we set it out with you in writing.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this site excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but it will sometimes lag behind what we are actually doing. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it.

Changes

We will update these terms as the association is formalised, particularly on incorporation.
